Specialist Billing

As a Billing Specialist, you will coordinate with billing personnel, Project Supervisors/Managers, and customers to set up, maintain, report, invoice, and close out multiple projects. You will organize and develop the materials/labor units into a job/contract for our billing system. Location: This position supports projects in Fremont, Rio Dell, CA and outlining areas. It is based in the central location of Ripon, CA. What You’ll Do Completion of high-level tasks in support of an assigned department/project Manage lien waivers, permits, and material reconciliation as required for closeout packages Receive, organize, file, and maintain documents and/or data for an assigned department/project Communicate with employees, contractors, vendors, and/or customers to assist assigned department/project Read, interpret, and input data in support of an assigned department/project What You’ll Need 2 years of related work experience Proficient in the use of office hardware and software (PCs, Tablets, Printers, Copiers, Microsoft, Google, etc.) Excellent Customer Service skills and strong English language skills, oral and written Authorized to work in the United States Successful completion of pre‑employment drug screen, background, and motor vehicle record check The wage range for Specialist Billing is $30.00 - $36.00.
