About the Position Our client, a prominent financial services organization, is seeking highly motivated Financial Analysts who are passionate about investment banking and eager to build a long‑term career within the industry. This opportunity is ideal for analytical, detail‑oriented professionals with a strong interest in financial markets, valuation, mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and other investment banking activities. Qualifications Required Strong interest in investment banking and financial markets Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills Strong attention to detail Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office Suite Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work effectively in a deadline‑driven environment Strong organizational and time management abilities Ability to work onsite five days per week in San Francisco Preferred Prior investment banking experience Internship or professional experience in finance, investment banking, capital markets, private equity, or corporate finance Experience with financial modeling and financial analysis Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or a related field Demonstrated passion for investment banking and financial markets Desire to build a long‑term career within the financial services industry Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
