Loan Specialist – Sales
Comp Range: $36K–$70K + UNCAPPED commission.
Top performers earn $150K+.

This is a high‑intensity sales role for competitive closers who want unlimited earning potential. You’ll work pre‑approved leads, move fast, overcome objections, and drive loans from application to funding.

What You’ll Do:

• Close pre‑approved auto refinance customers.
• Sell optional finance and protection products.
• Make 60+ outbound calls daily.
• Manage a high‑volume pipeline from start to finish.
• Hit targets, earn more leads, make more money.
