Strategy Lead

To support a leading healthcare education institution, the remote Strategy Lead will manage the end-to-end CRM and email marketing strategy for enrollment programs while providing strategic input across various channels, ensuring alignment with institutional goals and optimizing content for diverse audiences. Key responsibilities Lead CRM and email marketing strategies, including audience segmentation and optimization roadmaps for enrollment journeys Provide strategic direction and optimization across paid social, organic social, owned content, and performance marketing channels Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic insights are integrated into creative direction and execution Required qualifications Proven experience in a senior strategy or integrated marketing role with multi-channel expertise Deep knowledge of CRM and email marketing strategy, particularly within complex, multi-program environments Strong analytical skills with experience in performance data analysis and A/B testing Familiarity with the higher education landscape and its unique challenges Experience with enterprise CRM platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud or HubSpot
