Director, Solutions - Commercial Enablement

This is a cross-functional, customer-facing role partnering with Sales, Solutions Design, Pricing, and Operations to ensure solutions are commercially sound and operationally executable.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESLead customer discovery and translate needs into solution requirementsSupport opportunity qualification (win probability, fit, reason for change)Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutionsValidate and challenge cost inputs for accuracy and competitivenessPartner with Pricing (does not build pricing models)Lead 5–10 concurrent bids ensuring timelines and qualitySupport customer presentations and deal negotiationsQUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS Bachelor's Degree in Engineering10+ years in 3PL, operations, engineering, or solutions designExperience leading complex bids and customer engagementsStrong understanding of warehouse operations and supply chainCommercial acumen in cost modeling and solution developmentProgram/project management expertise (PMP or equivalent)Ability to lead cross-functional teamsStrong communication and presentation skillsPlease note: This position does not offer sponsorship for employment visas.
