Interterritorial Service Coordinator

Providing inside sales support for copier and print solutions, the full-time remote Interterritorial Service Coordinator will manage service calls for national accounts, ensure client satisfaction, and log service requests accurately. Key responsibilities: Collaborate with dealers to coordinate service calls and respond to service requests Log client issues and provide timely updates on service status and resolution times Monitor the Managed Print Services inbox and manage new service call processes Required qualifications: An associate degree and two years of relevant experience, or equivalent education and experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines Ability to analyze service data to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction Demonstrated ability to build positive working relationships across various stakeholders
