BIM Manager

Sterling Engineering is looking for a BIM Manager in Lenexa, KS. This opportunity is with an industry leader supporting large-scale data center construction projects. Job Duties: Support a large-scale data center project expected to run 2–3 years Manage full BIM scope coordination with engineering teams, trade partners, and vendors Support field layout, model-based quantity takeoffs, and fabrication workflows Coordinate 3D models across all trades Review and interpret construction documents and submittals Utilize Autodesk products, Navisworks, BIM360/ACC, and Revit for project execution Travel to various project locations as needed Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Engineering, or related field preferred Minimum 8 years of experience utilizing BIM-based workflows Minimum 8 years of Revit experience, including at least 4 years of full-time Revit use 3+ years of professional experience with Navisworks and BIM360/ACC Strong understanding of construction processes and procedures Experience with 3D coordination across multiple trades Proficiency with Autodesk products and Microsoft Office Suite Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, age, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, or genetic information. #J-18808-Ljbffr
