Payment Service Manager

Main Responsibilities:

Ensuring that payment operations design and execution is being performed meeting business and customer requirements

Managing reconciliation-related issues, including investigation, escalation and follow-up with relevant vendors

UX / UI tracking and its constant improvement

Request and analyze reports

Managing and resolving payment-related operational issues, including escalation and coordination with payment vendors, Internal Stakeholders

Managing day-to-day payment operational processes and ensuring their smooth execution

Monitoring and coordinating execution of Payment projects

Monitoring payment channel performance and proactively addressing operational issues

Managing the end-to-end payment journey and driving its continuous improvement

Main Competencies / Skills / Qualities Required

Work Experience - At least 1-year of experience working in the payment business (preferably a bank or other financial organization)

Education - Higher (preferably in the financial-economic, management)

Accuracy, competence, decision making, analytical and logical thinking, professionalism, sense of responsibility, initiative, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

MS Office

High proficiency in English
