Agency:OctagonJob Function:ConsultingJob Subfunction: Sponsorship and Talent ConsultingJob Description:THE JOB / Senior Account Executive (Motorsport) (Payment Services Client) CLIENT SERVICES / Responsible for leading Octagon’s client business and day-to-day management of client programs.***Our headquarters are in Stamford, CT, but the location of this position can be flexible with a priority given to candidates open to hybrid work (3 days a week in the office) in one of our office locations - - Stamford, CT, New York, NY, Charlotte, NC, Atlanta, GA or Chicago, IL.*** Octagon is looking for a driven and organized Senior Account Executive to join the Partner Management team supporting one of our flagship Formula 1 clients. In this role, you'll help deliver the day-to-day management of the client partnership, ensuring seamless execution across partnership rights, co-marketing initiatives, and client servicing. You'll serve as a key agency contact for the client’s sponsorship team, supporting partnership fulfillment, pass-through rights, and integrated marketing programs. Working closely with clients, rights holders, and internal teams, you'll help optimize the partnership to support the client’s global marketing and business objectives while maintaining operational excellence across the account. Our ideal candidate has experience in client or partnership management, a passion for brand marketing and sports sponsorship, and an interest in Formula 1. Are you a Playmaker?WHO WE’RE LOOKING FORAn impressive work ethic with the initiative to consistently go above and beyond A passion for and expertise in sports, particularly in Formula 1 2-4 years of account management or client services experience working with sports & entertainment properties, leagues and/or teams and an understanding of the sports sponsorship space Proven success in building positive client relationships Strong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and strict timelines in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel); experience with Smartsheet is a plusFlexibility and willingness to travel domestically and work weekends or holidays as needed.
