Electrical Contractor seeking Estimator & Service Manager

Job Description

Synergy Labor Solutions is seeking the following Commercia/Industrial Electrical positions for our client based in Houston & San Antonio, TX. They specialize in Design-Build projects & are one of the fasted growing commercial contractors in TEXAS:

Site Superintendent: 7+ years experience in running commercial Electrical Projects. TDLR Journeyman or Master license is required. Oversee & Manage up to 30 employees. Travel as needed. Competitive pay, benefits, site company vehicle, phone allowance, travel allowance & per-diem.
Senior Estimator: 10+ years of electrical estimating experience. Support junior estimating team. Prefer Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field. Prefer relevant estimating or construction certifications. Competitive pay, benefits & bonus plan. (Houston Office).
Project Manager: 3+ years experience leading Commercial Electrical projects from pre-construction to closeout. Bachelor's degree or 5 years commercial electrical projects. Manage project up to $3,000,000. OSHA 30required. Competitive pay, benefits. (Houston Office)
Senior Project Manager: 8+ year's experience in design-build projects. Leads large scale electrical construction projects from preconstruction through completion ensuring safety, quality, budget and client satisfaction. Project are valued at $5M plus. Competitive pay, benefits, bonus plan, per-diem & travel allowance.
Service Manager - electrical contracting (Austin office) 5+ years running service technicians to perform Commercial Electrical work. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, prior electrical trade experience preferred. OSHA 30 required. Master Electrician LIC or equivalent experience. Competitive pay, benefits, Company vehicle, cell phone & laptop.
