Principal Technical Project/Program Manager

Job DescriptionResponsible for initiating and leading strategic technical projects and programs of high complexity. This role manages enterprise-level programs such as enterprise-wide mandate compliance and large-scale platform changes.• Serve as technical coordination point for projects and initiatives of enterprise-level scale such as enterprise-wide mandate compliance and large-scale platform changes. • Leads teams in managing and/or facilitating the delivery and implementation of project/program scope.• Manage multiple projects that are part of an enterprise portfolio or a program. • Ensures alignment with strategic direction and goals.• Creates portfolio/project status reports for executive level representation.• Frequently leads other team members on complex projects.• Develops a plan for identifying, engaging, and communicating with stakeholders to set consistent expectations.Hiring Requirements• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)• 8+ years of experience in related field.• In lieu of degree, 10+ years of experience in related field.Salary RangeAt Blue Cross NC, we take great pride in a fair and equitable compensation package that reflects market-price and our starting salaries are typically planned near the middle of the range listed.
