Pay Range: $43.92-$64.60 Per HR

Description

• Gather and analyze requirements in a structured manner.
• Document functional requirements from stakeholders using various methods.
• Translate technical language into business terms and vice versa.
• Create detailed functional specifications for system development.
• Document requirements and user stories in a project management tool.
• Develop process flow diagrams and other artifacts to illustrate system functionality.
• Recommend solutions for optimizing business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with technical teams to ensure systems meet functional requirements.
• Assist testing teams in developing test plans for system validation.
• Manage the product backlog and refine user stories.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Analyze data to provide insights for business decisions.
• Coordinate with various partners for requirement analysis and approval.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or Functional Analyst.
• Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements.
• Experience in managing stakeholder expectations and negotiating priorities.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Ability to manage relationships with various stakeholders.
