Onsite or Hybrid – Malvern, PA Contract | Special Project Pay | $40-$55/hr W2

We are seeking an IT Asset Management Specialist to support a high-impact special project within the IT organization. This role will focus on IT asset intake, tracking, reconciliation, and data management, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and Excel-based analysis. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented IT professional who enjoys working with data, ensuring compliance, and supporting enterprise asset management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support IT asset intake and ongoing asset lifecycle management activities
• Track, update, and maintain asset records with a high degree of accuracy
• Perform software license reconciliation, identifying discrepancies and assisting with resolution
• Analyze and manage asset data using Microsoft Excel (tracking, reporting, reconciliation)
• Provide general asset management and administrative support as needed
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure assets are documented and aligned with business needs

Required Skills & Experience:

• Prior experience in IT asset management, software asset management, or related asset tracking roles
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data analysis, pivot tables, reconciliation)
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Clear communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with software licensing and compliance tracking
• Familiarity working in large enterprise or project-based environments
• Relevant degree, certification, and/or equivalent professional experience
