All-Domain Operations comprises multi-domain operations, platforms and logistics, and intelligence operations. Summary HII-Mission Technologies is seeking a Project Specialist (Temporary/Remote) to support business operations within the LOGIX Logistics Cell. *This position is authorized for remote work and is part time, with the potential for full-time employment dependent upon increases in workload and individual performance. The Log-Cell Project Specialist supports the Log-Cell Lead(s) in variety of primarily administrative tasks, with emphasis on Logistics, Procurement, Organizational Efficiencies, updating rosters/trackers, research, communicating with internal staff, and preparing repetitive written documents of various complexity. Receives direction from other staff members and executes company and internal administrative policies and procedures. Performs as an entry level individual contributor in a combination of administrative tasks, as described above. *This is a temporary position that will allow for remote work. What you will do Represents organizational unit on administrative matters Recommends, interprets, and/or implements company and internal administrative policies and procedures. Performs as a generalist a combination of administrative tasks in such functional areas as finance, human resources, logistics/purchasing, research and development May prepare budgeting, project scheduling, and statistical reports as required Willing to learn new computer systems and accesses, to accomplish work tasks Takes ownership of learning HII and LOGIX business practices; seeks out opportunities to learn and acquire new skillsets Brings a mindset for process improvement to all areas assigned Other duties as assigned or required What we are looking for 0 years experience with Bachelors in related field or a High School Diploma or equivalent and 4 years relevant experience Customer service, administrative skills, and/or office work experience Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent time management, verbal, and written communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills Keen attention to detail Possess the ability to effectively communicate with leadership and other staff members Be flexible, demonstrate the ability to prioritize when given multiple work tasks, and communicate conflicts to leadership Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance 4+ years of customer service, administrative skills, and/or office work experience Interested in a career in Procurement, Logistics, Accounting, or related profession Experience with Procurement, Purchasing, Logistics, and/or Accounting Experience with SmartSheet, Deltek Costpoint, Hyland Onbase or other Accounting/AP Procurement systems Experience supporting senior leadership Experience in a remote and/or hybrid position Experience working with/in US Governmentand/orsupporting DoD or other Military customers Clearance: Possess and maintain a Secret Clearance Physical Requirements Job performance will normally require only minor lifting and carrying of boxes of records or equipment.
