Builds broader proposal expertise to advance into senior specialist responsibilities.ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities describe the typical accountabilities and scope of work for this job, while recognising that individual objectives are set with the manager and may vary over time.Bid Solicitation/Request for Proposal/Tender Analysis: Conduct complex feasibility studies from technological, financial, and organizational perspectives on bid solicitation, including request for proposal (RFP) and request for tender (RFT) project requirements, and write specifications for tenders.Data Collection and Analysis: Use data from a wide range of sources to analyze key themes and identify possible impacts on the business.Document Preparation: Write and edit material for various target populations, tailoring the tone and content to match the needs and expectations of each audience.Multiagency Work: Take the lead on developing collaborative working relationships with partners and other agencies over organizational boundaries (often in multiagency or interprofessional settings) to ensure cohesive and seamless service delivery for service users.Needs Assessment: Uncover emerging issues or needs, identifying potential causes, barriers, and key stakeholders, as well as related issues.Operational Compliance: Monitor and review performance and behaviors within area of responsibility to identify and resolve noncompliance with the organization's policies and relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct.Personal Capability Building: Act as subject matter expert in an area of technology, policy, regulation, or operational management for the team.
