The RN will provide safe, high-quality, patient-centered care in an outpatient setting while collaborating with physicians and an interdisciplinary healthcare team. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing care using evidence-based practice and the nursing process. Assess, monitor, and evaluate patients in an ambulatory care setting. Develop and implement individualized patient care plans. Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, medications, and preventive care. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient outcomes. Accurately document patient care using Epic EMR. Maintain patient safety, infection prevention, and quality standards. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and support efficient patient flow. Minimum Qualifications Active New York State RN License BLS Certification Minimum 2 years of RN experience Minimum 2 years of ambulatory care experience Epic EMR experience preferred Previous travel nursing experience preferred but not required Associate Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred
