seeking an experienced Physician Assistant (PA) with

femoral vein harvesting experience

(radial harvesting preferred). This is an OR-focused position supporting a high-acuity cardiac surgery service line with additional CVICU coverage alongside dedicated critical care APPs. Position Highlights Experience with

femoral vein harvesting required

Radial harvesting and robotic surgery experience preferred

OR-focused role with shared CVICU responsibilities

Flexible schedule with a typical

4-day workweek

Epic EMR

Teaching opportunities available

Advanced Cardiothoracic Program VA & VV ECMO, Impella, and IABP support

Growing TAVR and minimally invasive valve program

On-pump, off-pump, hybrid, and MICS CABG procedures

Comprehensive thoracic and foregut surgery program

Current volume of 250+ cardiac and 100+ thoracic surgeries annually

Compensation & Benefits $165,500-$240,000

base salary

Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available

Paid call compensation

CME allowance of $4,000 annually

Qualifications NCCPA-certified Physician Assistant

Graduate of an accredited PA program

Prior Cardiothoracic Surgery PA experience required

New York license or eligibility

Five years of CTS experience preferred
