Compensation:

• $50,000–$65,000 on-target earnings

  • Path to $70,000+ for top performers

• Base pay + commissions + milestone bonuses

What You'll Do:

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with homeowners

• Convert leads into scheduled jobs

• Sell exterior cleaning and seasonal holiday lighting services

• Work toward daily and weekly performance goals, including close rate and average ticket

Non-Negotiables:

• Typing speed of 35+ WPM (Words Per Minute)

• Coachable–able to take feedback and apply it quickly

Job Details:

Monday-Saturday, staggered starts (8AM–10AM); occasional Sundays in peak seasons

Full-Time, 40+ hours/week
