In collaborative partnership with the Practice Manager and hospital leadership team, you will guide the hospital's medical standards, support hospital performance, and foster a positive, collaborative culture. In addition to base salary, Thrive offers an annual Medical Director stipend, quarterly production bonuses with no negative accrual, and a comprehensive benefits package. The actual compensation offered will be determined based on a variety of factors, including skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location.Your Experience & Skills• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM / VMD) or equivalent degree required; must hold a valid state veterinary board license in good standing for the state of hire prior to start date.• Active DEA license or DEA licensure eligible.• At least three years of veterinary practice experience.• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, coach, and develop team members.• Excellent interpersonal skills with strong written and oral communication.• Sound medical reasoning skills and strong medical ethics.Benefits – Our Care In ActionThrive offers a suite of benefits to support team members' emotional, physical, professional, and financial wellbeing.
