Executive Assistant to the Director

Job Summary MY Academy is a primarily virtual, independent study program designed to provide flexible, personalized learning for students. The Executive Assistant supports the Director, leadership team, and the Board of Directors, communicating with departments, administrators, outside agencies; arranging a variety of activities on behalf of the Director; composing a variety of complex materials; coordinating a variety of Director and/or Board projects, activities, and events; participating in and/or supporting a variety of meetings, workshops, and/or trainings; performing budget related duties; processing and maintaining a variety of complex documents and materials; researching and compiling data from diverse sources; and, scheduling and monitoring a variety of activities on behalf of the Director.
