On the job training is available!Job Duties and Responsibilities:Prepare meals for patients according to their dietary specificationsPass food traysWash dishesClean the kitchen and dining areasStock suppliesQualificationsEducation:High School diploma or GEDExperience and Specific Requirements:Would prefer that applicant have at least 1 year dietary and/or food preparations experience in a skilled care facility (preferred, not required)Ability to work in a fast paced and sometimes stressful environment while maintaining a calm demeanorMust be able to read and take instructions and follow directionsMust be able to work both as a team and independentlyMust have good communication skills and be able to read, write and speak the English languageMust be able to bend, reach, stoop, lift minimum of 15Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug test
