Job Description

The Ward Law Group is seeking an experienced Senior Case Manager – Settlements & Negotiations to support the settlement process and negotiate personal injury claims under attorney supervision.

Responsibilities

• Experience managing Florida plaintiff personal injury cases from intake through settlement, including insurance communications, medical treatment coordination, settlement negotiations, and familiarity with Florida PIP, BI, and UM/UIM claims.
• Maintain accurate case documentation in Litify.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Minimum 2 years of recent Plaintiff Personal Injury case management, negotiations, or settlements experience, including experience handling Florida bodily injury (BI), PIP, and UM/UIM claims .
• Experience working in a Plaintiff Personal Injury law firm, preferably using Litify or Salesforce.
