Role Description The Personal Injury Case Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Miami, FL. This position is responsible for managing personal injury files from intake through resolution, including gathering documentation, maintaining case calendars, and ensuring deadlines are met. The role involves frequent communication with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and internal legal staff to obtain records, provide updates, and coordinate treatment. The Case Manager will organize and review medical and accident reports, prepare demand packages, and support attorneys with case preparation and negotiation. Daily tasks include data entry into case management systems, tracking case progress, and contributing to a professional and client-centered office environment. Qualifications Experience in personal injury case management or related legal support, including managing case files and coordinating documentation. Strong client service and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, attorneys, insurance carriers, and medical providers. Solid organizational and time management abilities, including handling multiple cases, meeting deadlines, and maintaining accurate records. Proficiency with legal or case management software, basic office applications (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets), and data entry. Knowledge of personal injury processes (liability, damages, insurance claims, demand preparation) or willingness to learn quickly. High attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills in reviewing documents and identifying case needs. Ability to work on-site in Miami, FL, collaborate with a legal team, and maintain confidentiality and ethical standards.
