As a Food Runner, you'll play a vital role in connecting our kitchen and dining room, ensuring every dish reaches our guests with accuracy, efficiency, and care.

• Deliver food from the kitchen to guests quickly and accurately.
• Verify each plate for quality, presentation, and proper table assignment before leaving the kitchen.
• Communicate effectively with chefs, servers, and management throughout service.
• Describe dishes to guests when delivering food and answer basic menu questions.
• Assist servers with table maintenance, clearing, resetting, and guest needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in service stations and dining areas.
• Support the front-of-house team to ensure smooth, seamless service.
• Uphold Nest's standards for hospitality, professionalism, and guest satisfaction.

• Previous restaurant experience is preferred; fine dining experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to remain composed and organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and carry multiple plates safely.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
