Quality Assurance Specialist - Impactful Community Programs

CEDA (Community and Economic Development Association) of Cook County in Chicago is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure programs meet quality standards. You will conduct QA activities across call centers and processing operations, develop SOPs and training materials, and review processes for policy compliance.
Ideal candidates have an Associate degree or 3 years in customer service, strong data analysis and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a team
