Sales Analytics Specialist

: Overview: The Sales Analytics Specialist is responsible for supporting the operational activities of the Sales Analytics team. This role focuses on using data driven insights to enable the continued growth of the sales organization. Succeeding in this role requires an ability to work collaboratively to maintain the operational reporting infrastructure that supports the sales organization. Key contributions will include commission calculation, forecasting, sales reporting, annual awards tracking, quota setting, and various other ad-hoc assignments. Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day data support to the Sales Analytics Team
• Calculate the Sales Organization monthly commissions & communicate to the team
• Respond to Sales Organization compensation inquiries timely
• Summarize historical compensation data for input into research projects requested by senior leadership
• Implement Quota Adjustment framework as defined by Sales Management
• Maintain key field team attribute data to be used in various forms of Sales Analytics deliverables
• Implement best practices for data consistency and stewardship
• Act as the point-of-contact to exchange information between the field team and Sales Analytics team
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications: Education & Experience Required:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field
• 2+ years of related analytics experience

Preferred:

• Previous experience in the healthcare industry

• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel Lookup and Reference functions, such as VLOOKUP

• Ability to adapt to rapidly changing business circumstances, thrive in a constantly changing business environment and handle multiple tasks
