Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients experiencing major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders.

• Develop and implement integrated care plans tailored to the needs of clients, fostering connections to appropriate community resources.

• Provide clinical interventions including individual, family, and group therapy sessions, with an emphasis on evidence-based practices.

• Monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective support and recovery.

• Facilitate crisis intervention when required, using appropriate de-escalation techniques and resource linkage.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance service delivery and improve client outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is USD 70,000 – 85,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
