• Shift: 8-hour days; 1:4 call schedule (one night per week, one weekend per month, minimal call-backs)

• Experience: Recent fellows or experienced cardiologists; BE in 2026 preferred

Pay & Benefits

• Base Salary: $650,000 (guaranteed for 2 years, transitioning to productivity model)
• Sign-On Bonus: $50,000
• Fellowship Stipend: $2,000/month (if applicable)

What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient cardiology care at Parkland Health Center
• Perform cardiac catheterizations, PCI, CardioMEMS, and peripheral vascular procedures
• Work in a newly renovated cath lab with dedicated procedural time
• Collaborate with a team including interventional and invasive cardiologists, and APPs
• Participate in community outreach and program development efforts
• Utilize EPIC EMR for clinical documentation
• Engage in mentorship and support new fellowship graduates
• Optional device/pacemaker implantations (not required)
• Follow a minimal call schedule with no after-hours STEMI duties

What You Need

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiology; DEA license
• BE in 2026 and 2027 encouraged to apply
• Minimum of 1 year of cardiology experience preferred
• Strong procedural skills and collaborative attitude
