Unlock Your Sales Potential: As a Sales Consultant, you will leverage our exclusive bedMATCH® diagnostic sleep system to identify the best mattress based on 18 measurements and personalized recommendations, creating a tailored shopping experience. Responsibilities Sell premium mattress/bedding products using our proven selling process and bedMatch system. Interact with customers to provide a relaxed, low-pressure, educational shopping experience focused on improving sleep quality and overall well-being. Utilize state-of-the-art technology including tablets, mobile POS, and the bedMatch system to assist customers. Contribute to a team-oriented environment and maintain high energy and enthusiasm. Qualifications Availability to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and weekends; typical 4–5 day work week with 40–55 hours per week. Bilingual ability in English and Spanish (or other languages) is a plus. Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, reset showroom displays, and assist customers with loading purchases into vehicles. Strong customer service mindset and the ability to understand and meet customer needs. Experience with tablets, POS systems, and diagnostic tools is a plus.
