Key Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy to patients as ordered by physicians
• Handle complex cases requiring expert-level proficiency
• Perform diagnostic testing, complete PFTs, treadmills, and ABG machine maintenance
• Conduct hemodynamic monitoring and special procedures including ENGs
• Teach and mentor other respiratory therapy staff

Required Qualifications

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
• Expert proficiency level with demonstrated ability to manage complex patient cases
• Experience performing a full range of respiratory care modalities

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a mentorship or clinical education role
• Familiarity with advanced diagnostic procedures including ENGs and hemodynamics
