Full Time Woodcliff Lake NJ, Woodcliff Lake, NJ, US Salary Range: $100,000.00 To $125,000.00 Annually Position Overview Performs financial analysis and modeling to provide actionable information to business leaders. Leads the preparation of annual budgets and interim financial projections. Provides monthly financial and operations reporting to business leaders with comparisons to Budget and Prior Year with key commentary on material variances. Analyzes, interprets and communicates KPI and financial variances to management. Prepares executive and board level presentations. Assists with periodic updates to investor presentation and other business-related matters. Roles and Responsibilities Works collaboratively within the organization to set financial and operational goals Focused on expense and headcount management across the organization Establishes KPIs that drive business results Monitor, track and report progress towards the goals and KPIs Provides ad-hoc analysis and reports as requested by CFO and other business leaders Leads the annual financial budget process Provides monthly updated financial forecasts Provides monthly cross-functional sales, operations and financial reporting, translating data into actionable insights Primary financial liaison for relevant department heads, providing data-driven recommendations Supports quarter end SEC filings and earnings call preparation Required Skills Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail. Expertise in creating financial models Critical thinking and problem solving Energetic and positive attitude Ability to work independently Aptitude to prioritize tasks to meet commitments and deadlines Required Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting MBA preferred 3+ years similar experience Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Manufacturing and or service industry experience Public company experience Supervisory responsibilities (Yes or No) No Work environment (Office, Plant, Remote) Office Sedentary office work, including prolonged periods of sitting, intensive computer use, and frequent written and verbal communication, with occasional light lifting of up to 15 pounds.
