We are hiring a Full-Time General Manager to support our Montclair and Hoboken locations.
** Team members may be scheduled at either spa location based on business needs; however, you would work at only one location per shift and would not be required to travel between locations during the same workday.**

Schedule Requirement: Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday (this is a FT schedule - benefit and sign on bonus eligible)

As General Manager, you will be responsible for:
.......Well, everything, but don’t worry, we have an industry leading training program to help you find success!

More specifically, our stellar GM’s:

• Manage the daily operations of the spa
• Make sure both guests and team members are scheduled efficiently and effectively
• Coach and develop team members
• Maximize inventory for professional and retail use
• Understand our software systems and utilize tools to analyze spa’s overall performance
• Take the lead in neighborhood marketing and community outreach
• Ensures each guest has a phenomenal and consistent experience
• Understands that serving and helping others leads to personal satisfaction

Requirements:

• Meevo experience required or highly preferred
• At least 2 years previous spa, salon, hospitality, or front desk experience preferred
• Ability to travel between Montclair and Hoboken locations
• Strong communication, customer service, and multitasking skills
