Salary: $81,000 - 121,000 per year Requirements:

• We need proven experience leading complex data engineering initiatives, shaping technical strategy, and working across global, cross-functional teams spanning engineering, product, governance, and business partners.
• We need deep expertise in Python, Java, Scala, SQL, Snowflake, cloud data platforms, and large-scale distributed data analytics environments, with a strong track record of delivering enterprise-grade solutions.
• We need solid experience designing and running high-volume batch and real-time data pipelines, orchestration solutions, transformation frameworks, and distributed event-streaming architectures.
• We need strong knowledge of cloud and hybrid environments, including AWS, Microsoft Azure, containerized platforms, infrastructure automation, data governance, metadata management, lineage, and enterprise security controls.
• We need a strong understanding of APIs, data modeling, data-quality frameworks, observability, performance tuning, and modern software engineering practices that support scalable platforms.
• We need experience leading technical teams, mentoring engineers, making architectural decisions, and influencing organizational standards in a fast-paced, highly collaborative setting.
• We need exposure to machine learning, artificial intelligence, generative AI, and enterprise data patterns that support AI-ready products and platforms.

• We lead the architecture, design, and delivery of scalable, resilient, high-performance data products and pipelines that support enterprise business, analytics, and investment capabilities.
• We drive technical direction for batch and real-time ingestion, transformation, and distribution platforms, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, governance, security, and data-quality standards.
• We establish and evolve engineering best practices, reusable frameworks, automation, CI/CD processes, observability standards, and operational excellence across the data engineering organization.
• We partner with senior stakeholders, product leaders, and engineering teams to prioritize strategic initiatives, shape roadmaps, and deliver business outcomes through trusted, accessible data products.
• We champion platform scalability, reliability, resiliency, and cost efficiency through architectural improvements, performance optimization, and proactive operational management.
• We lead complex incident resolution, root-cause analysis, and continuous-improvement efforts while fostering accountability, innovation, and engineering excellence.
