As VP, Product Strategy, you will own the strategic direction of EZRA's proposition portfolio — defining what we build, why it matters, and how it drives growth. Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, you'll be the executive voice for product strategy, sitting at the intersection of commercial ambition and product vision — with AI at the centre of everything we're building.We're looking for a builder. Someone who has done this from scratch, knows what it takes to win large enterprise customers, and brings a sharp commercial instinct alongside genuine product depth. You'll have a clear perspective on how AI is changing the coaching and HR tech landscape, and you'll use that to help us stay ahead. You'll thrive here if you've worked across both high-growth startups and larger organisations — and you understand how different those environments are.What You'll Do:Define and own the proposition portfolio strategy — vision, roadmap, lifecycle decisions, and investment prioritiesBuild business cases for new propositions and lead pricing and commercial frameworks that drive real revenue impactOwn pilot and soft launch strategy, including MVP validation, success criteria, and go/no-go decision frameworksLead market and competitive intelligence, translating insights into clear product direction and portfolio positioning — especially in shaping our AI-powered product roadmapDrive portfolio performance through defined metrics and data-led decision makingPartner closely with Product, Commercial, and Technology leadership — and bring teams with you through influence, not just authorityLead and develop the Product Strategy functionAbout you12+ years across product strategy, business strategy, or commercial leadership — with a track record of building propositions from the ground upHas sold into or built for large enterprise customers — you understand that world and can credibly engage at C-suite levelStrong experience developing product portfolio strategies, including pricing, positioning, and lifecycle managementHas worked in both smaller, fast-moving companies and larger organisations — and knows how to get things done in bothCommercial to your core — you think about revenue, margin, and market position, not just productExperience working with AI-powered products and a clear point of view on how AI is reshaping product strategy and market positioningExperience in HR tech, talent management, or a services-enabled-by-platform business is a strong advantageLife at EZRAYour Own World-class coach to help you grow personally and professionally.Coaching for Friends and family because coaching is a gift worth passing on.Charity Days to support the causes close to your heart - because doing good feels good.Learning Budget to fuel your curiosity.
