Registered Nurse - Neonatal Intensive Care Unit

Schedule

12-hour shifts, primarily nights. Schedule includes working every other weekend and holiday.

Assignment Details

Guaranteed Hours: 36
Contract Weeks: 13

Requirements

• Nursing Diploma, ASN or BSN (preferred)
• 2+ years previous NICU RN experience required
• Current RN license, BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required

Responsibilities

• Provide in-house emergency nursing services to full term and premature infants.
• Deliver competent and compassionate nursing care for patients and families.
• Ensure care is safe, efficient, effective, and timely.
• Meet the cultural, spiritual, and ethnic needs of each patient and family.
• Demonstrate excellent assessment and clinical skills, along with organizational abilities.
• Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
