Job Title: Creative Project Manager Location: NYC (Hybrid) (Occasional travel to Basking Ridge, NJ) About the Role We're seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Creative Project Manager to join the Consumer PMO team. This role will lead cross-functional initiatives across multiple lines of business, driving integrated marketing and creative campaigns from concept to execution. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in project management within creative or marketing environments, excels in stakeholder communication, and thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed organization. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage multiple concurrent projects across business units, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timelines. Develop customized project plans, timelines, and resource allocations tailored to each initiative. Facilitate seamless communication between strategy, marketing, design, creative, and production teams. Partner with internal stakeholders and external agencies to drive promotional and marketing efforts. Guide teams through brief development, creative reviews, and production phases, ensuring high-quality deliverables. Communicate project priorities, risks, and mitigation strategies to senior leadership. Monitor project milestones, assess impacts of changes, and recommend alternative solutions. Negotiate timelines and budgets, manage expectations, and ensure deadlines are met. Provide actionable feedback during internal creative reviews and ensure alignment with brand standards. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, or equivalent practical experience. 6+ years of project management experience in a creative or marketing agency environment. Proven success managing integrated campaigns across digital, print, paid media, TV, video, and radio. Strong understanding of creative development, design, and production processes. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive collaboration. Preferred Qualifications Experience managing projects with budgets exceeding \\$2.5M. Adept at navigating matrixed organizations and managing multiple stakeholders. Skilled in crisis management, problem-solving, and prioritization. Highly organized, resourceful, and solution-oriented. Ability to build trust and manage expectations effectively.
