Creative Project Manager Hybrid — NY or DC, or Remote Role We are seeking a Creative Project Manager to join our Creative team. This role is designed for an organized, detail-oriented professional who can keep complex creative workstreams moving without sacrificing quality or strategic intent. The Creative Project Manager will serve as the connective tissue between creative, strategy, and client teams, ensuring that projects are scoped, scheduled, and delivered on time across a fast-moving portfolio of advocacy, political, and public affairs campaigns. The ideal candidate is a clear communicator, a proactive problem-solver, and someone who genuinely thrives at the intersection of creativity and operational rigor. Responsibilities Project & Workflow Management Own end-to-end project management for creative deliverables across multiple concurrent campaigns, from initial brief through final delivery. Build and maintain project timelines, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on deadlines, dependencies, and priorities. Identify bottlenecks before they become problems and proactively surface solutions to keep work on track. Creative Operations Manage intake and delegating of creative requests, ensuring briefs are complete and actionable before work begins. Coordinate asset delivery and versioning across teams, maintaining organized file structures and clear documentation. Support the development and continuous improvement of internal creative workflows and processes. Collaboration & Communication Serve as the primary point of coordination between creative, strategy, and account teams on project status and deliverables. Facilitate creative reviews and feedback loops, keeping revision cycles efficient and on schedule. Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders on shifting priorities, timelines, and capacity constraints. Qualifications Base Qualifications 2 to 4 years of project management or creative operations experience, ideally within an agency, campaign, or fast-paced creative environment. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without losing track of the details. Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms. Clear, confident communicator who can hold teams accountable while maintaining positive working relationships. Comfortable operating in a high-speed environment where priorities shift and deadlines are firm. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting creative production across digital, video, or paid media formats. Background in political campaigns, issue advocacy, or public affairs. Exposure to creative briefing processes and an understanding of how strategy informs creative output. Fluency in project management platforms like Notion, Asana etc and how to utilize them best.
