Investment Banking Associate

I'm currently partnering with several leading Investment Banks in New York that are looking to hire high-performing Investment Banking Associates across Healthcare, Consumer, FIG and Digital Assets . These aren't replacement hires. They're growth mandates , driven by strong deal flow, expanding teams and a long-term commitment to investing in talent. If you're currently at a middle-market investment bank and looking for a platform where you'll gain greater exposure, work on more complex transactions, and accelerate your career, I'd love to speak with you. Responsibilities Executing live M&A, capital raising and strategic advisory transactions. Building and reviewing complex financial models and valuation analyses. Managing analysts while working closely with senior bankers and clients. Taking ownership of client materials, due diligence and transaction execution from start to finish. Working across a broad range of high-profile transactions within your sector. Requirements Current Investment Banking Associate. Experience within Healthcare, Consumer or FIG . Strong M&A and transaction execution experience. Excellent financial modelling and valuation skills. Based in New York or able to relocate.
