ESSENTIAL DUTIES “Must understand and practice the concept of teamwork”

• Ensure that each guest receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging every guest, maintaining outstanding standards, solid product knowledge and all other components of customer service.”
• Serves food to guest with high level of customer service.”
• Maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness in all areas”
• Must strive to provide guest with a memorable experience and exceed their expectations by anticipating their needs.”
• Assist with collecting all banquet equipment to include flatware, china, glassware, and serving pieces needed for each event.”
• Assist with preparation and set-up of event room when necessary”
• Prepare tables with place settings as instructed”
• Ensure health codes are followed”
• Prepares food and beverage for customer”
• Follow all rules and regulations for serving alcohol”
• Shop for backstage and green rooms items that have the highest quality. No bruised fruits or vegetables. Communicate items that are unavailable”

Demonstrate excellent customer service skills. Knowledge of catering, food preparation, and decoration. Ability to read, count and write to accurately complete all documentation. Remain flexible and adjust to situations as they occur. Maintain effective working relationships with clients, employees, exhibitors, patrons and others encountered in the course of employment. Ability to operate and use all equipment necessary to accomplish job. High School diploma or GED or one to three months related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
