Applicants should be aware the district may close this posting at any time. Please note: hours for this position are 11:30 am to 4:30 pm. Open schedule availability to work mornings or later in the day depending on needs of department preferred. Experience: Any combination of experience and training that would likely provide the required knowledge and skill is qualifying. Education: Equivalent to the completion of the 12th grade, including or supplemented by coursework or training in typing, filing, and office practices. If selected the following are required: fingerprint verification at an approximate cost of $64 to the employee; proof of TB clearance (within 4 years) at employee's cost or a "Certificate of Completion" signed by a licensed health care provider for the Adult TB Risk Assessment Questionnaire; certificate of completion for the CA Mandated Reporter Training, dated after July 1, 2026.
