Front Desk Agent – Minnetonka, MN Hotel Pet Solutions is a growing, multiple award-winning pet company looking for enthusiastic and energized candidates who enjoy working with both dogs and people to be a part of our strong team environment. Previous customer service experience is a plus and must be able to work flexible hours including weekends. We are looking for people who like to work in a strong team environment with good communication skills, some administrative experience, and a great attitude. Responsibilities Making reservations Checking guests in and out of our services (daycare, boarding, grooming) Processing retail transactions Checking vaccinations Giving tours of the facility Performing various administrative duties Cross‑training in dog care (optional) Performing physical duties such as standing, walking, bending, stooping and cleaning Qualifications Experience in a consumer or service environment Strong communication and teamwork skills Administrative experience Flexibility with schedule, including holidays and weekends Pet and/or dog experience is a plus Interest in pursuing a career in the veterinarian, pet and/or animal related industry Employment Information Full‑Time/Part‑Time (Full‑Time and/or Part‑Time) Hourly range $14–$15 (based on experience) We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
