EmpowerHome Team is hiring motivated, client-focused Real Estate Buyer’s Agents to work with qualified buyer leads and appointment opportunities .
You'll have access to pre-qualified buyer leads, property showing opportunities, proven sales systems, CRM technology, training, coaching, and team support —so you can focus on serving clients, negotiating offers, and closing transactions.

Compensation:$75,000 – $150,000+ annually commission-based
Responsibilities:What You’ll Do
- Meet with motivated homebuyers and guide them through the home-buying process
- Build strong client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service
- Follow up consistently to nurture qualified buyer leads and convert opportunities into closings
- Manage your pipeline, follow-up, and appointments using our CRM and proven sales systems
- Host open houses and convert prospective buyers into clients
- Attend weekly sales meetings, training, and coaching sessions
- Active Maryland Real Estate License required
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Full-time availability with a strong work ethic
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM and real estate technology
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, coachable, and eager to grow
- Previous real estate sales experience preferred
