We are hiring a licensed clinical social worker to join our growing physician-lead geriatrics practice at Windsor Run, managed by Erickson Senior Living.

Compensation: Starting at $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience (includes base, bonus, and incentive).

What you will need:

• Social work degree (BSW or MSW) required
• Clinically licensed social work – highest licensure in the state – required
• Minimum of three years of social work experience is required (in a health care setting preferred)
• Knowledge of geriatric population, case management, and dementia preferred
