What You'll Do Serve as a key point of contact for commercial and consumer loan clients, ensuring an exceptional customer experience from application to close. Partner closely with Loan Officers on financial analysis, underwriting support, loan documentation, and covenant monitoring. Identify cross-sell opportunities and deepen client relationships across the full suite of banking products. Help drive business development through community involvement and relationship building. Maintain portfolio quality by managing delinquency and collections within bank guidelines. What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or equivalent experience. 2+ years in financial services; consumer or commercial lending background preferred. Sharp analytical instincts, sound judgment, and a proactive, project-ownership mindset. Polished communication skills and a professional presence — you're the face of the bank to your clients.
