About the Role As CJ OLIVE YOUNG USA accelerates its business expansion across the U.S. market, we are seeking a dynamic, creative, and action-oriented HR Senior Specialist to lead our Learning & Development (L&D), Organizational Culture, and Employee Experience. In this role, you will be the chief architect of talent growth and organizational alignment. To build a vibrant, high‑performing corporate culture, you will be dedicated to embedding and diffusing the company’s core values and ways of working. Concurrently, you will design and scale high-impact learning initiatives, onboarding programs, and leadership development processes that strengthen organizational capabilities. You will seamlessly connect structured cultural integration and talent development with efficient office operations, ensuring that our cultural frameworks and educational infrastructure are executed with excellence while supporting a workplace where employees can fully immerse themselves in their work. We are looking for a hands‑on professional who drives cross‑functional collaboration, strengthens cultural identity, and empowers our teams to be fully engaged and successful. Close collaboration and seamless communication in both English and Korean with Korea HQ are required to align and implement global talent development and culture standards. Key Responsibilities Activate Corporate Values: Architect and deploy high-impact cultural initiatives and localized programs that embed the company's core values and ways of working, directly driving employee morale, retention, and strategic alignment. Streamline Leadership-to-Employee Communications: Orchestrate internal communication strategies and govern multimedia communication channels to foster transparency, bridge gaps between leadership and employees, and strengthen cultural identity. Optimize Employee Journey (On/Offboarding): Design, own, and continuously elevate the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding lifecycles, ensuring an inspiring new hire orientation experience that accelerates time-to-productivity. Scale Capability-Building Curriculums: Formulate and facilitate diverse internal training modules—ranging from core organizational competencies and job-specific skills to advanced leadership development—tailored to support rapid corporate and field business scaling. Cultivate High-Productivity Workplace: Oversee and optimize overall workplace facilities, infrastructure, and essential office supply inventories to build a seamless, welcoming, and high-functioning environment. Drive Culture-Driven Work Environments: Foster a work environment that visibly reflects our corporate culture, ensuring daily office operations directly support employee focus, collaboration, and high performance. Facilitate Evaluation Ecosystem: Manage the operational execution, timeline adherence, and transparent internal communications for the annual performance review cycle to empower a fair, smooth, and development-focused evaluation process. Qualifications & Requirements Experience: 5–7 years of comprehensive HR experience, with a proven track record dedicated to Organizational Culture, Learning & Development (L&D), or HR Generalist roles. Culture & L&D Expertise: Demonstrated hands-on experience in planning and executing company-wide culture initiatives and designing structured training programs (e.g., onboarding, core competencies, and leadership development) for both corporate and field/retail employees. Communication & Workplace Experience Management: Proven capability to drive internal communication strategies, manage corporate channels, and oversee workplace experience and essential office environment operations. Language Proficiency: Bilingual fluency in both English and Korean is required, with the professional capability to collaborate cross-functionally and present formal updates or culture standards to global headquarters. Education: Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Organizational Psychology, or a related field. Skills & Core Competencies: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to drive cultural alignment; advanced proficiency in creating visually engaging presentations (MS PowerPoint) and data-driven documentation (MS Excel). Preferred Qualifications Corporate Training & Instructional Design: Proven experience in building and expanding structured corporate training programs (e.g., leadership, core, and job-specific competencies) or handling instructional design frameworks. Multi-State Workplace Experience: Prior experience managing workplace experience, corporate environments, or HR operations across multi-state or multiple operating jurisdictions, preferably within a global corporate environment or a U.S. subsidiary. Internal Branding & Content Creation: Strong visual layout, graphic design, or copywriting skills tailored for internal branding, employee communication channels, and digital corporate newsletters. Professional Certifications: Professional HR, L&D, or training certifications (e.g., SHRM‑CP, PHR, or CPTD) are preferred.
