Human Resources Specialist

We're looking for a passionate Human Resources Generalist to support our U.S. operations. In this role, you'll partner closely with both our U.S. subsidiary and Taiwan headquarters to deliver HR initiatives that support business growth while ensuring compliance with U.S. employment laws. Execute localized HR policies and programs, including recruitment, training & development, performance management, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and organizational development. Serve as the primary HR liaison between the U.S. subsidiary and Taiwan headquarters. Ensure compliance with U.S. employment laws and regulations, including state-specific labor laws (e.g., California, Texas). Manage office administration and general administrative affairs. Support HR projects and initiatives to enhance employee experience and organizational effectiveness. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience in HR operations, employee relations, or talent acquisition. Familiarity with U.S. employment laws and HR practices is highly preferred. Experience in the U.S. retail industry is a strong plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently in a cross-cultural environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
