We are seeking a Business Services Specialist to play a key role in supporting customer accounts, sales operations, purchasing activities, and cross-functional projects. This position is ideal for a highly organized, customer-focused professional who enjoys problem-solving, collaborating across departments, and keeping projects moving in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

A typical day as a Business Services Specialist can include:

• Prepare quotes and process customer orders
• Support customer accounts and inquiries
• Partner with Sales and Engineering on customer projects
• Manage purchasing, inventory, and supplier coordination
• Maintain CRM data and sales documentation
• Coordinate shipments, returns, and order status updates

Required Education & Experience

• Customer service, sales support, or purchasing experience
• Strong Microsoft Office and CRM skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Bachelor's degree

Compensation Range

The compensation range that is listed is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. A team member's pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location and prevailing minimum wage, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs.

Work Setting:
Must be able to work onsite Monday through Friday, 8:00am- 5:00pm in Huntley, IL
Remote, hybrid, or relocation services are not available.
