Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience
- Manufacturing or aerospace industry experience preferred
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Advanced Excel proficiency
- ERP and reporting system experience\Strong communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to work cross-functionally with operational teams
- Prepare forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses
- Analyze operational, manufacturing, and financial performance metrics
- Develop financial models and KPI reporting tools
- Support monthly reporting and management reviews
- Conduct labor, inventory, overhead, and margin analyses
- Partner with operations leaders to improve financial performance
- Monitor production trends and operational efficiencies
- Assist with strategic planning and forecasting initiatives
- Support reporting automation and ERP enhancements
- Prepare executive-level reports and presentations
