Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary patient care by assessing individual patient conditions and developing tailored treatment plans designed to address their specific needs.
• Implement a variety of physical therapy techniques, including modalities, manual therapy, and therapeutic exercise to enhance patients' mobility and functional abilities.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately and efficiently using our electronic medical record (EMR) system.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers, ensuring comprehensive care and seamless communication throughout the treatment process.
• Deliver educational support to patients and their families, guiding them through prescribed exercises and home care routines to promote continued recovery.
• Actively engage in ongoing professional development and participate in our mentorship program to enhance personal skills and clinical expertise.
