Work Environment

This position operates onsite and focuses on home care, allowing therapists to engage directly with patients in a comfortable setting. Our operational hours from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, provide a structured yet flexible schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical abilities, take detailed histories, and establish individualized treatment goals.
• Design and adjust evidence-based treatment plans based on comprehensive evaluations and ongoing feedback from patients, focusing on their specific rehab needs.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions for 1-2 patients per hour, utilizing manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, patient education, and mobility training.
• Document patient progress and treatment plans using WebPT, ensuring comprehensive and accurate records of patient interactions.
• Collaborate actively with multi-disciplinary teams, including occupational therapists and physicians, to discuss patient outcomes and refine intervention strategies.
• Communicate with patients regularly to motivate and encourage adherence to rehabilitation protocols and provide updates to family members when necessary.

Our clinic supports a diverse patient population, including those recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, neurological conditions, and chronic pain disorders. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution; advanced degrees such as a Doctorate or Master's are preferred.
• A current Physical Therapist license from California or eligibility to obtain one.
• Demonstrable proficiency in manual therapy techniques, exercise science, and rehabilitation strategies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective patient interaction and documentation purposes.

Preferred Experience

Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the field of physical therapy, ideally within outpatient settings. Experience working with diverse patient demographics and familiarity with WebPT or similar electronic healthcare systems will be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:
